Shipping locations

We currently ship orders within Australia only.

Processing times

We aim to dispatch in-stock products within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will be processed from the next business day. We will contact you if an unexpected stock issue or delay affects your order.

Shipping options and charges

Available Standard, Express and free-shipping options are displayed at checkout. The exact shipping charge and any free-shipping threshold are calculated before payment.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote locations may take longer.

Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed when available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact service@goldylocksmiths.com.au immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be passed on to the customer where permitted by law.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

Please retain the packaging and provide photographs of any visible damage so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Installation

Product shipping does not include installation unless this has been separately arranged with Goldy Locksmiths.

Professional installation is available across the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and South Brisbane. Contact us before or after ordering to discuss installation.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any product back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.
